Fishing Boat Rentals

If you’re looking for the most traditional fishing experience on Big Bear Lake, this is it! Our fishing boat options are basic aluminum boats with tiller-to-motor steering, and they can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. You’ll want to bring a hat and some sunscreen to protect against that beautiful sunshine and a small cooler can be accommodated on board without too much trouble.

    What to Expect

Bring everything you’ll need to be out in the sun for a couple of hours, and any and all fishing equipment you desire. These boats don’t have a steering wheel and instead are guided with a tiller.
Because of the V-shaped hull, fishing boats are less stable than our pontoon options. You may want to bring along something to help with motion sickness if you are prone to it. Some of our veteran renters also recommend bringing along a cushion or asking for an extra life vest for the seat when available.
These boats are comfortable for a couple of hours of fishing, though if comfort is a top concern for you, we recommend checking out our standard pontoon rentals.
